The rebirth


That which can be harder than the initial birth
But you can get up and walking in half the time
So there is a silver lining ;)

Those who love knowledge
Will frequent such passageways
That rebirth can start to feel normal
Just another set of forms to fill in

When you think you've reached a level
You can find that there is a level beneath that
One just in your blind spot
One invisible except in the right light

We are in an age where rebirth can be brought upon
 suddenly and remedied just as quick
You can be willed into activism and then dismayed from it

This is where my rebirth has met me
It has met me at the precipice of endlessness
It has arrived at the junction of potential harnessing

Rebirth is dangerous
That is where the fear lies for many
Where failed transformations can conjure humiliation
And can be the
 Excuse that can be used to shackle
new
gravity defying creatures
To view their wings as appendage appendicitis
Eventually to ache with arthritis

But is it worth to see the sky
If you might fall and need to crawl
For a fortnight

I've made my dreams
Dream dreams of the scenes of I've been in
Vividness I wasn't granted knowledge of access

But is it worth to see the sky
If you might fall and need to crawl
For a fortnight

My face is as overgrown as the wilderness
I have trudged through
A tactile reminder of the sky I saw


So is it worth to see the sky
If you might fall and need to crawl
For a fortnight

Well
If we guard our memories they can last forever
And these legs we crawl on
We can once again call on to take us to the heights
From which we saw the sky

the superman effect and the batman effect

the superman effect
i was recently reintroduced to this concept by


supermans arch nemesis
but what is the superman effect

because superman can do so much it can either want people to come to his level
or shrink and stay in his shadow

for in a thought experiment
would anything about you change if you were in a world with superman

would you still wear a seat belt
would you look left and right when crossing the road

but the superman effect is not just in the comics


now we can laugh but this is the superman effect at work


and how this side of the superman effect is detrimental to you in the long run
it is one thing to have a restaurant where you can taste or experience other delicacies and culture
but another thing entirely to want you to be dependent on them
and his nemesis feels that he is holding humanity
back that if they where not focused on their idolisation of him
and putting him on a pedastool above them
they would become their own super beings

then there is the batman effect



it can be similar to the superman effect but it differs quite a bit
but one of the main factors of the batman effect is the one on the batman and the audience

whereas the superman sees the good in people batman does not

and where many think they cannot become like superman
go on any forum and you will see one person just debase batman
as he is just human
whereas that is also the same thing which makes some people strive to be like him

if were to put the effects into careers

superman would be a engineer with easily seen results
batman would be a scientist maybe a social scientist
where the effects are more subtle so others may revere the work
but not really respect it

but the batman effect can morph into the superman effect where you start doing the work for them

for example i was recently in a chess match

with a beginner so i was in the process of teaching them
but after telling them what each move meant
it started to become monotonous
i began repeating myself
and i would show a move and the person would just disregard it for another move
and i felt my self becoming superman
and even in the play it was not pro active
for chess takes less than five minutes to learn
but a lifetime to master
i paraphrase in my head from a quote i once heard

and i shortly made haste and left
for they where there to supposedly learn but were not grasping for themselves
for we teach ourselves others are just the guide

but as i left i wondered if someone would just sit in my place and just fall into the trap i was in
a trap for supermen
for it is common hearing people wanting a superman character someone who looks for the best in you gently caressing you and always looking to hold your hand
but not a batman character who will see the worst in you
make you pick yourself up
and use your own strength and mind
and not tell us where we are right but when we are wrong

now think of how many batmen you know

and now wonder about the balance in our community
