You are what you eat

Eat
We are this
So if we eat lions we are lions
I am not talking like that
Plus it would theoretically be a dead lion
So what positives do you get from a dead lion
Proposed power
Yeah anyways
Eat is jusr terminology
For takings in
So we are always taking in from our surroundings
Some more or less
That is the beauty and curse of art
Simplicity acting as a cover catches many out
For they dont know the secret
On the other hand we are all canvases
But some of us are playing prints
Copies of another
And I was thinking about my diet
And we are just the sum of our diets
People claiming to want change and the like but refrain from change of the diet
They throw out names coupled with compliments
And action is divorced from diet or stimuli
People want this magical pill
To slip in with their general operations
Without spoiling it
Like a cassette that you could listen to at night making you a genius
But it is also that there are things we don't wanna give up
Lose or transmute
Like becoming a high class athlete there are somethings you cant do and things you have compulsions to do
Even when you may be adverse to it
And you can tell a person by their tastes
Like what shows they watch
music or the
Lack of
For some of a change of diet is needed
But we have to disciplined
Or just change scenery
That simple
Sometimes yes
For
With the less affluent areas
Bad food or unhealthy food is in mass quantity
So entering into a bad diet is easy
Since like with google
Not many people trawl through all the number of  sites linked with the parameter of your search enquiry

As with diet some places you may need to extend yourself to find it
But in a different scenery or location it may be in abundance
Like different areas of london have a high amount of organic offerings
Compared to others

But some of us want to reap what we have not sown
Or in turn you may need to become your own source of nourishment and dietary needs

So you are a natrualist



This has been a subject on the cusp of interactions
mostly because of the word practical

and not to be confused with naturist which is a step to far for most people

and in general naturalism has seen negative responses

but surmising the reality behind the negativity
is once again the key word practical


for with our blunders and lack of ambition or knowledge is fine
if everybody is in the same box or bucket

then the usual i would like to eat healthier
i would like to exercise and so forth can make you appear more enlightened than you are
and since everybody is in the same boat or bucket nobody is going to expose it for empty rhetoric

but if someone is doing what you propose to be for and possibly calls you out on it
the backlash will occur

leaving no room for excuses

especially with elders
for if
you are only a lower budget yet can eat healthy
younger yet are knowledgeable on such and are dropping knowledge on them yet they would like it the other way round
and your young and supposedly rash yet are disciplined

as i have talked about in previous posts
this western view of the youth and their supposed outlook is troubling and disturbing

so a person with no discipline is suddenly going to have it once they reach a certain age

exactly it does not hold water


for with some people the strength they see in others points
to them the weakness in themselves

and this a view they do not want to see

and is masked behind words like respect and epitomized in words such as embarrassment

and so they believe it is strength attacking that which is making them weak
but it is instead their weakness cowering


it reminds me of a scene in this movie
where one of the islanders gets injured
and they will not take him back to the mainland for treatment
and the mans moans of agony
is dampening the mood

so they transport him out of view
and as soon as they do so they go back to having fun


for it is hard to have fun when someone is writhing in agony in front of you but it is easy when they are not in sight or an earshot

and it is the easy option to just abandon them but the harder one is to face up to it

and other than that approach

their is the displacement approach

where others are in amazement
and seem to congratulate you
and though they see the weakness in themselves
they attribute extra strength on to you

phrases such as
good on you
or oh you are such a strong person
and the little add ons such as i wish i was like that

and when you tell them there is no difference between you
they continue to prop up the walls of their displacement

for it is not hard to check the ingredients of your food
and drink
