recognition you better forget about it

This is a quote that really struck home with me this week

which gets you thinking how many prophets are in our midst
for it really ties in with the previous post of master and apprentice

which had me thinking what turns apprentices into masters

for many score of people you may think of will have people who care not for their influence
or can not see it

from the discoverers of hygienic practices
ancient wisdoms
down to the regular utensils such as a toothbrush

which questions the resolve for perseverance

Which can be seen in the current program i am watching titled case closed
which is about a detective who is poisoned and the poison reverts him back into the stature of
a ten year old boy

and though he still has the thoughts and memories of his other self
he is seen as in his stature

so he aid a local detective but his insights are overlooked and brushed off
so must find ingenious ways to get his message a cross like prompts
and carefully worded questions

but can we all have the drive to let others take credit for our work as long as the work is done
or be ridiculed by those who are not aware

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
Arthur Schopenhauer
German philosopher (1788 - 1860)

so though our age our gender or proximity to people may blind them to our contribution
that knowing if you are ridiculed there is only one more stage before they see your view or hear it
