The knowledge or the uni fallacy

that is the purpose of youth for some 

but it is definately the purpose of uni

right

the old

but is everything exchanged knowledge

ponder that one

but carrying on knowledge

this intangible thing

where is it housed

and how can an intangible thing be housed

ponder that

oh the intangible has ties with the tangible

so if the tangible is horded you horde knowledge

well that is the theory

well 

henrich heine saw the attempt 

but as ray bradbury put it you do not have the burn books you have to get people to stop reading them 

and then all you have to do is propose when 

people should read them to have a monopoly 

on knowledge

alah university

some say plato created the first western university 

yes western

some say 

 this is the worlds oldest university

but rather than sweat the details of the worlds oldest we get to the concept uni as it is generally abbreviated

the place of knowledge

even if some of the people who work inside 

have never been or are even able to entertain stimulating conversation

ah university

where automatic intelligence is placed upon a person even if their 

extra curricular activities are anti intellectual

so back to the main point about knowledge

what knowledge are people attaining from university at all

since you do all your own work

but concentrating on the fact that if you go to university

a place of learning 

should you not come back changed

so if you go to uni and come back the same person 

what did you learn 

what did you add to yourself

and it comes down to priorities

some people who have never been to uni and do not read yet want to call them selves elders

questioned me when i first started

why philosophy what job can you do with that

and naively then i was defending it

which was validating your views

the point of learning is not for monetary gain it is the betterment of yourself 

you can choose it for gain but that is what it should be 

for you see some people are physically talented but not mentally acute

for yes it is fictional 

this person went to uni did information technology

yet had no books in his house

for for some people as soon as uni is done it is like no more learning yep my learning phase is over

when in truth we never stop learning 

one of my philosophy class mates used to say the greeks would say i am the perfect man

because he works on his body as well as his mind

and that unification is missing 

especially with the mentality of just getting a job

a lot of people put people up as he is a genius 

or she is a genius

question is what is stopping you

for example instead of doing business management 

you did a degree in science or one of the social sciences

for what use is lopsided growth 

men who spend eons in a gym yet cannot string contingent sentences together 

or knowledgeable yet incredibly unhealthy

it comes down to perceptions again you choose

but you have to open your scope

university is not the be all and end all

nor is the lack of money

since knowledge is free

it is people who charge

there are free ebooks and there are libraries

and you can always be an autodidact 

and this ties in with the previous post of elders and this post of where does your course run

Resourceful or Resourcefulless

Skill sets we all have them
we aren't always able to see them
or the importance of them
for lack of relation
for some skill sets work off
or with another skill set
i will produce two examples
slash three depending on your perception

the first is rogue
there are various incarnations
but for a brief over viewing description
so rogue is from off the pages of the fictional
but very lucrative x-men
comics
she is classified as a mutant
and is plagued by her inability
to touch another human being without them
passing out
causing her distress and to become a recluse
she thought of it as a curse
not understanding her powers per se
she was later introduced
to the x-men
who brought her in contact with others
like her self
and gave her training
and self esteem
she finds out her power
is assimilating any power and memory
of a human/mutant she touches
making her far from weak
but possibly the strongest
there is
a change in perception was needed
she had the powers of everyone
and yet no-one

next is nate ford
divorcee with a dead son
from a program called leverage
in an assembly
of a hitter a martial artist
a grifter an actress and con woman
a thief pretty self explanatory
a hacker
and then you get him the mastermind
the glue the adhesive which makes them greater
similar to batman
which i will go into on another date
for sometimes neglected for their lack of
immediate appeal
for the no brainer is braun over brains
superman over batman
which gives them their power
if they recognise it
 or cause them a recluse
ashamed of their gifts or powers
which ushers in a time for introspection

What place fits us reader and writer
for along with skill we need discernment
for ones rubbish is another ones treasure
so if you go away with something
go away thinking
of what you think of as rubbish or useless
and how might they be of more use
or what treasure lies in store

Boxes and open spaces

boxes and open spaces

boxes are used to carry and store things in
boxes are a way of containing controlling contorting
boxes are used for safety emotionally or agenda based
perhaps to protect yourself or protect a concept
some go by the saying those who are not for me are against me
but is everything so clear cut
hand in had with boxes are labels we are pattern based organisms but to what extent
but boxes are created internally or externally
logically if a +b then c
but the important part of the equation is if
proposing their could be an if not
boxes are limited their process is to limit to put a place holder upon something
can everything be boxed and should everything be boxed
 should birds be caged
the thing with boxes is we sometimes forget what the said thing was without a box
also with boxes we can seal them up store them up and never reopen them again
you may have boxes but who are the manufacturers of your boxes
for how ca we have boxes of things we have never solely experienced
this is where the box "society" comes in
it gives you these boxes which over time you identify with
man woman black white old young
and within that architecture gives rise to opposing forces and warring factions
and even hate

But what of the free spirit the wind like wanderer the enemy of the confined this seems to be their countless struggle the struggle against confinement restriction and regulation the cage-less creature perhaps tapping into the inner essence of man
